The Awesome Fire place Assistant

Awesome Fireplace Assistant Producf Photo

Crafted with care on the Coffs Coast and built to last, the Awesome Fire Place Assistant helps you safely transfer firewood with minimal effort, while also providing a handy storage space for kindling.

This great Australian invention was created by Tony Carr out of necessity when his neighbour could no longer place firewood into her heater. After doing this for her a few times, which was quite a mission, and getting his fingers singed, Tony decided to make something to do this for her.

Being a metal fabricator, Tony made a prototype with a milk crate and a piece of particle board, and it worked. He then made the real thing from metal, much more refined, worked perfectly, though it was not suitable to be flat packed.

The next model overcame this problem and incorporated several extra features.
